Connie Fielder, MFT

My role is to be a steady, calming presence—ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as their true, unfiltered selves and explore their experiences with openness and authenticity.

About Me.

My approach to therapy is supportive, validating, and client-centered. I work with individual adults, couples, and families, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and free to be their authentic selves. Therapy is a place to openly explore challenges, emotions, and goals while feeling supported every step of the way.

What to Expect in Sessions

Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on your goals, strengths, and areas of concern. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you are encouraged to be open and unfiltered, while we work together using evidence-based approaches to support growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy

A family's patterns of behavior influences the individual and therefore may need to be a part of the treatment plan. In marriage and family therapy, the unit of treatment isn't just the person - even if only a single person is interviewed - it is the set of relationships in which the person is embedded.
